The actress, who plays Coronation Street’s Bethany Platt, pulled out all the stops for Archie’s Footprint Ball at Manchester’s Hilton hotel.
Wearing her blonde tresses down in loose waves, the 22-year-old appeared to be going braless in an eye-popping red gown.
Lucy’s ample assets were impossible to miss in the halterneck get-up, which was slashed open at the front.
The television star’s pins remained hidden from view thanks to the billowing skirt, which was also made of scarlet satin.
Lucy polished off her attire with statement earrings and a black shoulder bag, as well as shimmering eye make-up.
The beauty was joined at the star-studded party by her boyfriend Tom Leech, and the pair put on a cosy display as they walked the red carpet.
Her colleague Helen Flanagan, who is pregnant with her second child, also opted for the same hue.
However, the 27-year-old’s ensemble clung to her curves throughout and drew all attention to her décolletage.
Also among the glamorous attendees was Faye Brookes, Katie McGlynn, Tisha Merry, Bhavna Limbachia, Jennie McAlpine and Simon Gregson.
Shayne Ward was seen fussing over his wife-to-be Sophie Austin’s gown, as she posed up a storm for photographers.
Faye, 30, who portrays Corrie’s Kate Connor, wowed in a black number, which featured nude sleeves and cut-out sides.
Rana Habeeb star Bhavna, 33, stood out from the crowd in a strapless, sky blue dress, just hours after claiming on Instagram that she was getting funny looks for going out with her hair clipped up.
Meanwhile, Kym, 41, organised the Ball on what would have been her son, Archie’s ninth birthday.
The little boy died back in 2009 after being born prematurely at 21 weeks, and the former Hear’Say wanted to raise money for bereaved parents and families.
But, the bash didn’t go off without it’s issues, with Kym tweeting her 793,000 followers beforehand: “Helpppppp!!! One of our artists for tonight has had a nightmare!! Dress hasn’t been delivered to the hotel! Can anyone help???? Pleeeease.”(sic)
Coronation Street continues Monday at 7.30pm on ITV.
