The 67-year-old musician was aided with a walking stick as he attended the event.
Phil cut a casual look in a light blue polo shirt and black trousers, which he teamed with a brown cap.
The In the Air Tonight hitmaker sat comfortably in an armchair as he posed with his glamorous spouse.
His wife, Orianne, 45, looked remarkably different compared to recent years.
She appeared worlds away from her former self as she sported plenty of bronzed make-up and blonde locks.
The beauty wore a glitzy silver mini dress for the outing which she matched with a statement Chanel bag.
The couple put on affectionate display on the night with Phil giving his wife a kiss after she cut the ribbon to the store.
Despite looking frail, Phil appeared in good spirits as he beamed to the camera.
Phil and Orianne tied the knot in 1999 and had two children together, Nicholas, 16, and Matthew, 13.
After being married for almost ten years, they famously split up with the divorce costing the musician a staggering £25 million.
The couple didn’t separate for too long as they reconciled in 2016.
The pair got back together after Orianne suffered a paralysing back injury in December 2014 following an operation for a slipped disc in her neck.
Phil supported Orianne throughout the tough time and they later began to rekindle their romance.
Last year, Phil had his own health issues and he had a fall on his way to his bathroom which saw him cancel a number of shows.
At the time, his spokesperson told Express.co.uk: “Phil suffers from ‘drop foot’ as a result of a back operation which makes it difficult to walk.
“He rose in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and slipped in his hotel room, hitting his head in the fall on a chair.”
But Phil isn’t allowing his health woes to get in the way of performing as he is back on his I’m Not Dead Yet tour.
During his gigs, the chart-topper has been forced to have a break and sit down.
However, his injuries have certainly not affected his vocals.
In light of his successful tour, Phil recently announced he would be bringing it to the US from October.
